Therapist Spot Light – Jennifer Federico
Meet Jennifer Federico! Certified Speech & Language Pathologist in New York, New Jersey, and Washington State, Jen works with the little kiddos and school aged students.
Jen has made a smooth transition from in person speech sessions to video session during the COVID Pandemic. Using different therapeutic methods that are engaging and fun Jen improves the quality of life for kids and families who are working to improve:
- Articulation Disorders
- Expressive and Receptive Language Disorders
- Language Delays
- Motor Speech Disorders
- Bilingual Development
- Pragmatic Language Disorder
- Fluency
- Apraxia (DTTC trained!)
Students who have been diagnosed with ASD, cognitive delays, Downs Syndrome, learning disabilities, ADHD, and bilingual learners are just a few of the students Jen works with on a daily basis.
Jen’s love of communication includes her fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish.
When Jen is not pursuing her passion of helping students with communication issues she can be found having fun cooking up something in the kitchen, hanging out with her husband, and enjoying time with her niece and nephew.
