Parent Training Reduces Poor Behavior in Children
Current research continues to support disruptive childhood behavior (ages 2 years – 5 years) is effectively addressed when parents are given support and guidance through Parent Training. This training and support is equally effective when attended in person or in Telehealth sessions. Parent Training provides parents the skillset and strategies to help their young children who experience big emotions and feel out of control, having an age appropriate tantrum, setting boundaries and expectations in a confident, calm manner.
